Step 1

Get to know each other!

Fill out and submit a questionnaire and I’ll contact you to set up an introductory call tailored to your needs.

Step 2

Meet and talk about your needs.

We’ll meet in an introductory call via Zoom and discuss the following topics:

  • You’ll get to know me and kaiser kreativ and then members of your team can introduce themselves and share what their role is in the project.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to build upon your questionnaire responses, and then I may ask a few clarifying questions.

  • I’ll talk about kaiser kreativ’s unique capabilities and expertise that may be helpful to your specific needs. We’ll also align on expectations so that we’re set up for a successful collaboration!

  • We’ll walk through kaiser kreativ’s pricing structure and whether or not your project would fit into a package (if so, we’ll go over what is and isn’t included in the package).

  • Finally, we’ll talk about where you are in the project (i.e., if your content is ready) and our next steps together.

Step 3

Finalize the scope of work and total investment.

I’ll provide a scope of work with the total project cost. If it looks good to you, we’ll get everyone’s signatures and schedule a kickoff meeting!

Step 4

Start the project!

For all projects, we’ll create a project schedule. For packages and select projects, you’ll also receive your own project dashboard so you’ll know what is happening at all times.
